Terms and Conditions
Pricing and Currency
All pricing are in Singapore Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
Order and Confirmation
Each item is depended on availability. After you have placed an order, an email of confirmation will be sent to you within 3 working days. Once you've received the email of confirmation, your ordered item will be reserved for 3 working days. And if payment is not received within the 3 working days from the date of email sent, your ordered item will be placed back for sale and the transaction will be considered invalid.
Please also take note that the colours of the items you see on screen and in-person may differ due to the colour resolution of your monitor.
Mode of Payment
Payment is to be made withing 3 working days once the email of confirmation has been sent out. Please notify us once payment has been made via SMS or email for verification purposes. Payment and Contact details can be found in the email of confirmation. There are 2 payment options:

- Direct Banking/Funds Transfer/Cheque Deposit
Direct banking and funds transfer can be performed through banking or ATMs. Cheque deposit can be done through Quick Cheque Deposit box or over the bank counter. Cheques are to be made out in Singapore Dollars and drawn on a Singapore Bank. Your order will be sent out only after the cheques has been received and cleared.
- Cash
Pay by cash if you choose to self-collect your purchase at our premises.
Cancellation of Order
Cancellation of your order is NOT allowed once your order has been confirmed and has been paid for.
Exchange and Refund
Your purchased item(s) is/are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
Mode of Delivery
- Singapore Post Normal Local Mail
Your order will be sent to you via local post at a flat delivery and handling charge. This will usually take about 3 to 5 working days to reach you. Please note that we are NOT liable for any loss of parcel for delivery by local mail.
- Singapore Post Registered Mail
Your order will be sent to you via registered mail with an additional charge of S$2.50 to the above postage fees. This will usually take about 3 working days to arrive. We highly recommend this mode of delivery especially for order more than one item.
- Self-Collection
Meet up can also be arranged at a timing and location most convenient to us. We will send the details through email.
